COUNSELLING


Our counselling service is provided by the skilled community psychiatric nursing service. Most patients are seen at the Health Centre following referral by a doctor or practice nurse. A number of group courses looking at Anger Management and LIfe Skills are run at regular intervals.

PHYSIOTHERAPY


We have a physiotherapy service based at the Health Centre. If your doctor or nurse feels you'd benefit from physio you'll receive an appointment usually within two weeks. The physiotherapists also have a role in the continence clinic.

PODIATRY


Podiatry is the modern term for chiropody. There are regular sessions at the Health Centre and patients can self refer. Sometimes patients are referred on to Walton Hospital for further treatment or surgery. The podiatrists have an invaluable role in diabetic foot care. Please note the podiatrists will not cut toenails.
