Make a suggestion or a complaint

We always welcome feedback from patients whether positive or negative. It's always nice to hear we're doing things well but equally importantly we need to know when things don't go smoothly so that we can review our systems

We have a suggestions box in the main foyer but you can also speak to our Practice Manager directly. You can make any comments anonymously but we always prefer it you leave your details so that we can issue a formal response. Comments can also be forwarded to the Patient Focus Group who will raise your concerns at one of our regular meetings.
