Our list is open and we accept patients from Dronfield, Dronfield Woodhouse, Coal Aston, Holmesfield, Apperknowle, Hundall, and Unstone. We regret we cannot accept patients from outwith these areas.
Please bring your NHS medical card to reception - you'll be given registration forms and health questionnaire to complete.
In the near future we're looking at enabling the registration process to be completed on-line for those that wish.
New patient medicals
As soon after registration as possible, all newcomers are urged to see the practice nurse for a routine health check, which includes immunisation update.
This allows us to properly assess your health needs and introduce you to the clinics within the practice.
It also allows us to ensure that any medications you take on a regular basis are entered on our computer system.
