The surgery phone lines close at 18:00 but reception is open until 18:30.

The surgery will be closed on Bank Holidays.

If you need urgent medical assistance when the surgery is closed please use NHS 111 online or dial 111. Calls to this number are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
